A German TV presenter is under fire after he grabbed his colleague’s breast on a live prime time show.

Hans Blomberg, 31, was announcing the results of a public vote for a song contest when he fondled his colleague, 28-year-old Susanka Bersin.
As the results came in, Blomberg joked: 'But the two most beautiful points remain with me' – before he grabbed at Bersin's cleavage.

Bersin was shocked and immediately slapped him in the face.

The scandal occurred as the pair announced the results for the province of Baden-Wuerttemberg in the 'Bundesvision Song Contest'.

The competition is an alternative to the Eurovision Song Contest and is run by private TV channel Pro Sieben.

Blomberg said he did not understand what all the fuss was about. He said: 'The real scandal was that she slapped me – not my boob grabbing!'

TEHRAN, Iran (AP) -- Iran's parliament on Wednesday voted in favor of a bill that could lead to the death penalty for persons convicted of working in the production of pornographic movies.

With a 148-5 vote in favor and four abstentions, lawmakers present at the Wednesday session of the 290-seat parliament approved that "producers of pornographic works and main elements in their production are considered corrupter of the world and could be sentenced to punishment as corrupter of the world."

The term, "corrupter of the world" is taken from the Quran, the Muslims' holy book, and ranks among the highest on the scale of an individual's criminal offenses. Under Iran's Islamic Penal Code, it carries a death penalty.

The "main elements" referred to in the draft include producers, directors, cameramen and actors involved in making a pornographic video.

The bill also envisages convictions ranging from one year imprisonment to a death sentence for the main distributors of the movies and also producers of Web sites in which the pornographic works appear.

Besides videos, the bill covers all electronic visual material, such as DVDs and CDs. Other material, such as porn magazines and books, are already banned under Iranian law.

To become law, the bill requires an approval by the Guardian Council, a constitutional watchdog in Iran.

It is widely believed that the drafting of the bill came about as a reaction to a scandal last year, when a private videotape, apparently belonging to Iranian actress Zahra Amir Ebrahimi and allegedly showing her having intercourse with a man, became available across Iran.

The videotape was leaked to the Internet and released on a black market DVD, becoming a full-blown Iranian sex tape scandal. Ebrahimi later came under an official investigation, which is still ongoing. She faces fines, whip lashing or worse for her violation of Iran's morality laws.

The unnamed man on the tape, who is suspected of releasing it, reportedly fled to Armenia but was subsequently returned to Iran and charged with breach of public morality laws. He remains in jail.

In an exclusive interview with the British newspaper The Guardian early this year, Ebrahimi denied she was the woman in the film and dismissed it as a fake, made by a vengeful former fiance bent on destroying her career.

In recent years, private videotapes have increasingly been leaked to the public in Iran, riling the government and many in this conservative Islamic country, where open talk of sex is banned and considered taboo.

However, pornographic material is easily accessible through foreign satellite television channels in Iran. Bootleg videotapes and CDs are also available on the black market on many street corners.

Aylar Dianati - Iranian Porn star receives death threats

The disqualified Miss Norway contestant, Iranian born Aylar, has received death threats because of her past as a porn star and left the country as she fear for her own safety .

«I really fear for my life now,» said 20-year-old Aylar Lie, to the Norwegian magazine Se og Hør Friday. «I have received a crystal clear message that there are people who want to kill me.»

Aylar was disqualified from Miss Norway when her past as a porn star was revealed. Now the Iranian born woman claims she is hunted by extremist Muslims who claim she has disgraced their people and their religion.

«The porn films I played in, has created more problems than I could ever imagined,» she said to the magazine. «Losing the finale spot in Miss Norway is one thing, now I’m also being violently threatened. The movies are the worst thing that could have happened to me.»

Violence alarm
Her lawyer, Hanne Gredal, confirms that threats have been made against Aylar Lie. She sent the violent threats to the police, who gave the young woman a violence alarm.

Due to the threats and the media pressure connected to the case, Aylar left the country Wednesday.

«I had to get away from all the commotion,» Aylar explained. «Oh my God, I’m only an ordinary girl who did something stupid earlier in life. Why must there be so much fuss? Why does some claim I have to die because of some small mistakes? I just don’t know what to do.»

Afraid of honor killing
The fact that several honor killings have been carried out in Scandinavia, frightens Aylar. An 18-year-old Iranian girl was strangled to death by her own father about a month ago at Furuset in Oslo. The reason for the murder was a culture clash between father and daughter. The Fadime case in Sweden 6 months ago, where Fadime’s father killed her because he did not agree with her lifestyle, also directed focus on honor killings among Muslims.

According to the magazine, Aylar was in Barcelona Wednesday afternoon. She will travel to a new destination Friday in order to escape the threats and the slimy phone calls.

«I have actually gotten nerve problems due to all this commotion and trouble,» Aylar explained. «And as long as I know someone is after me, I keep looking over my shoulder. I’m leaving all the commotion behind to get some time to relax.»

Wants to settle the score
The Iranian born girl wants to settle the score with the Muslim environment in Norway.

«Very many Muslim women want their freedom – and extremist Muslims have to respect that! That is the price they have to pay in order to live in a free country like Norway,»

Aylar said.

She came to Norway when she was two years old and was raised by Norwegian foster parents.

«I consider myself as a Norwegian girl, and I expect to be treated as one!»

Aylar stated.
